Approach

At Space ID, we believe every space has an identity waiting to be discovered. That’s where the “ID” in our name comes from: identity.

Whether it’s a home, an office, or a shop, there’s always something that makes a space unique. It might be the atmosphere, an existing material, a piece of furniture worth keeping, or the way natural light moves through a room. Sometimes, it’s something less tangible: a client’s hobbies, passions, memories, or simply the way they live their life.

We listen, observe, and try to understand what makes a space — and the people who use it — special. From there, we create interiors that feel personal, considered, and connected to their surroundings.

Our goal is never a Pinterest-worthy design. We’re not interested in following trends. Instead, we focus on creating spaces with character, spaces that grow with you, serve your needs, and remain enjoyable to live and work in.

A home you’ll never get bored of. A home you’ll be happy to return to every day. An office that supports the way you work and makes the most of your 9-to-5. A coffee place that feels so welcoming, you wish it was next door.

We believe good design is about more than how a space looks. It’s about how it feels, how it functions, and how naturally it becomes part of your everyday life.

   An initial conversation about your space, ideas and needs — whether you’re looking for guidance on a specific design decision, a technical opinion, or simply a fresh perspective on your space.

   Measured Survey

   On-site measurements and an accurate record of the existing space.

   2D Space Planning

   Layout and spatial organisation drawn in plan.

4. 04
   3D Concept & Visualization

   Three-dimensional modelling of the space, with photorealistic renders to help you experience the design before it is built. Includes up to 3–4 images per room.

5. 05
   Technical Drawings — Finishes

   Partitions, ceilings, electrical and plumbing layouts, floor and wall setting-out, wallpaper, mouldings and paint.

6. 06
   Technical Drawings — Custom Furniture

   Shop drawings for bespoke joinery and built-in furniture.

7. 07
   Purchasing List

   A specified list of the off-the-shelf pieces to be bought in.

8. 08
   Finishes & Furniture Specification and cost schedule

   Detailed schedules for finishes and furniture, including product specifications, pricing and estimated lead times, to help you plan and manage the procurement process.

Additional Services

Quoted separately — not included in the standard fee.

  Visits during construction to check the work against the drawings.

  Liaison with the trades and suppliers carrying out the work.
